Order Cancellations
If you decide that you wish to cancel the order that you have placed using the online shopping facility, please contact a member of our retail team. Their contact details are below:

There will be a re-stocking fee of 20% on all cancelled orders. If the product has already been shipped you will need to make arrangements to return it to Shopping Mall. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the scheduled destination. Product must be returned on the skid that it was shipped on and in the same condition that it was received. All order cancellations must have a return authorization number, all returns without authorization will be refused.

Return & Refund Policy
Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
*All Shipping back to Shopping Mall is paid for by the customer.
*If your return is Not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
*If you did not receive all of the products ordered or the quantity ordered, please contact our customer service department by e-mail or phone.
*All claims must be made within within 7 days after receipt of shipment.

Some products are not returnable under any circumstances - please see the important exceptions outlined below.

Products which are improperly packaged.
Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering.
Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on invoice.
Software that is not defective and open can not be returned for any circumstance.
