Every moment becomes history

The DIOnavi. guide system reached
the accumulated number of

400,000
holes

Every moment of DIOnavi. is history

In 2014, DIO launched the digital guide system 'DIOnavi.' for the first time in Korea, causing the so-called 'DIOnavi. syndrome’.
Completed after a long research period, DIOnavi. was differentiated in terms of safety, accuracy, and convenience, and was evaluated as showing the most overwhelming presence among digital guide systems.
In 2017, three years after its launch, DIOnavi. received intensive attention from the dental industry, and achieved a cumulative number of 100,000 holes placed, and started to sell in overseas markets by establishing global centers in six locations around the world. And in 2018, a year later, it was recognized for its excellence in overseas markets, drawing a steep upward curve, succeeding in exceeding the accumulation of 200,000 holes.

Not only that, DIO has continued its research and development, such as being the only company in Korea to establish a lineup of 5 types of 3D printing materials and develop an auto merging S/W. As a result, it finally achieved a record in 2019, exceeding a cumulative number of 300,000 holes placed. Also, despite the difficult situation of the COVID-19 pandemic this year, it achieved a record of a cumulative number of 400,000 holes placed in a year again, creating the most outstanding performance among digital guide systems. This number does not include the cases in which the guide was printed directly in individual clinics, and if they are included, the number will presumably exceed over 400,000 holes for cumulative placement.

The meaning of surpassing 400,000 holes in ‘DIOnavi.’ is not limited to just the number of implants placed. Through the accumulated data, it means that implants can be placed in the correct position even in various clinical cases. And the accumulated number of '400,000' has been verified to be more secure than any other guide system.

Ever-evolving, the release of a transparent guide

DIO has succeeded in advancing the existing guide one step further by developing the advanced new material 'DIOnavi-SG02' for surgical guides.
'DIOnavi-SG02' is made into a transparent guide, so it has the advantage of superior transparency compared to the previous material.
It is easy for the operator to secure eyesight during the implant procedure, and it is possible to directly check the complete connection state of the sleeve, further enhancing accuracy and convenience.
Also, the bending strength of more than 80 MPa, high elasticity, and toughness minimizes the guide fracture phenomenon to further enhance usability.

In the future, DIO is expected to continue its momentum by showing a more evolved appearance through the development of transparent guides.

100% full digital system captivates
both the surgeon and the patient

'DIOnavi.' is a 100% digitalized system from diagnosis to dental treatment. Through 3D simulation before surgery, it is possible to grasp all of the placement position, angle, and depth according to the individual's oral structure. Besides, the implant planning of the top-down method considering occlusion and stress distribution further enhances the accuracy of the procedure. In particular, in edentulous patients or in difficult cases such as immediate implantation after tooth extraction, it reduces the placement error and enables stable placement.

Also, since it is a fully digitalized system, it reduces patient's pain and discomfort and increases convenience, so the satisfaction of patients is very high. Additionally, with 3D simulation, you can preview the entire treatment process, explain the treatment plan in detail to the patient, and increase the patient's consultation agreement rate.

The advanced solution
for patients,

DIOnavi.
Full Arch

As a result of long-time continuing research and further development, DIO released the ‘DIOnavi. Full Arch system’, the 100% fully digital edentulous system in 2018 befitting the reputation of DIOnavi.

'DIOnavi. Full Arch’ is a system that completes the entire treatment process from an edentulous patient's denture scan to planning, guide production, procedure, and final prosthesis in full digital without error. DIO edentulous system boasts a perfection highly that many clinicians consider as an advanced solution for edentulous patients. Also, it is a great advantage that the entire process from the patient’s visit to the final prosthesis can be completed in as little as 2 days, including delivery, in a maximum of 14 days.

Despite the difficult situation due to the coronavirus,
DIOnavi achieved surpassing 400,000 holes for cumulative placement.

DIO promises to continue to lead the market with digital treatment innovations
that provide high value to both the surgeon and the patient.
